BilimEdtech is responsible for providing a hosting environment and the server configurations required for the site to function (such as web server and database configuration). 

You are fully responsible for the content, all data, and the configuration of the hosted site. You agree to use each hosted service in accordance with its terms and conditions. You agree to correct misconfiguration on your site or settings that misuse server resources.

Data backup and restoration

• BilimEdtech provides offsite backup of all data and seeks to provide restoration due to unintentional data loss or corrupted data. However, data can only be restored if the backup data is error-free.
  
• Data backup sets for smaller sites are kept up to a week. Large datasets are mirrored to a remote server daily.

The service contracts are not refundable unless (1) the hosting service does not work as described or (2) BilimEdtech is unable to configure the server to work with the advertised product. 

Violating any of these terms and conditions will result in the suspension of your service and a potential ban from services.bilimedtech.com.
